We charge a nominal percentage of the accepted offer.  This way you know exactly what you are going to net.  North Bay Ford & RV is paid when you are!

 

 

What if I sell my motorhome myself, am I still obligated to pay North Bay Ford & RV?

 

Absolutely not.  You are free to market your motorhome yourself. You are only obligated when we supply the buyer.

 

 

As the seller what are my obligations?

 

It is your responsibility to keep your motorhome serviced, clean and in overall excellent condition.  Provide North Bay Ford & RV with a complete condition report disclosing any and all flaws  prior to marketing your motorhome, no matter how small you think they may be.  For example: window chips, dings, scratches, odors, stains, leaks etc.
